Monsoon Malabar

A coffee with low acidity, a huge thick body and a chocolaty finish with light savoury spice notes.

Grown and processed on Indias Malabar coast the natural sun-dried beans are stored in open-sided warehouses to be seasoned by the moist tropical monsoon winds. Over a period of 2-3 months, the beans absorb moisture and swell to almost double their original size whilst losing some of their natural acidity to produce some of the highest quality coffees in India.
