The Exagram Pro is a brewing scale with the recipe built in. Three modes cover normal weighing, espresso and pour-over: espresso mode auto-tares and starts timing the moment extraction begins, while pour-over mode remembers your dose weight and shows you the brew ratio live as you pour. Accurate to 0.1g, recharges over USB-C, and packs into its own protective case.
