Rhino Professional Milk Thermometer
An analog milk thermometer with a large, easy-read dial and a stainless clip that locks onto the pitcher rim at whatever height you set. Temperature is the difference between sweet, silky milk and scorched milk, and the window is narrower than most people expect. The clip releases quickly for cleaning, and with it removed the thermometer works as a general kitchen probe. Two stem lengths to suit your pitcher.
- Large, easy-read dial — check the temperature at a glance mid-texture
- Adjustable stainless steel clip — positive lock with quick release, fits any milk pitcher
- Set your own depth — position the tip just clear of the pitcher base for an accurate reading
- Two stem lengths — 13cm and 18cm
- −18°C to 104°C range
- Doubles as a kitchen thermometer with the clip removed
Choosing a length
The 13cm short suits smaller pitchers — 360ml and 600ml — and keeps the dial close to the rim where it’s easy to read. The 18cm long is for larger pitchers like the 950ml, where a short stem won’t reach deep enough for an accurate reading. If you’re mostly making one or two drinks at a time, the short is the one.
How to use
Thread the stem through both holes in the clip, then squeeze the clip to slide it into position. Fit it to the pitcher rim so the tip sits just above the base. Always set it up before filling the jug, so the height is right. Wipe the stem down before and after each use.
Don’t leave the thermometer in a hot oven or microwave.
