Rhino Digital Thermometer

A digital milk thermometer with an alarm you can set. Dial in your target temperature, clip the probe into the pitcher, and it beeps when the milk gets there — no watching the display while you're texturing. The stainless clip locks at whatever height suits your jug and releases quickly for cleaning. Pull the clip off and it works as a general kitchen thermometer.

How to use:

Thread the stem through both holes in the clip, squeeze the clip to slide it into position, then fit it to the pitcher rim so the probe tip sits just above the base. Set your target temperature and steam. Always position the clip before filling the jug, and wipe the stem down before and after each use.

Temperature Guide:

• Steamed Milk: 50–65°C
• Espresso: 85–90°C
• Green tea: 70–80°C
• Black tea: 100°C
