- Pour your fresh Bun Coffee beans into the hopper
- Set your grind amount to dose 16g of coffee
- Grind into the portafilter
- Use scales to check the amount of coffee in the portafilter
- Tamp the coffee firm and level
- Lock the portafilter into the machine
- Fill your cup three-quarters with boiling water
- Start your extraction
- Aim for the coffee to extract in 25–30 seconds — the coffee will extract directly on top of the water, preserving the crema
- Enjoy your café-quality long black!
