How to Make Café Quality Coffee at Home

- Pour your fresh Bun Coffee beans into the hopper
- Set your grind amount to dose 16g of coffee
- Grind into the portafilter
- Use scales to check the amount of coffee in the portafilter
- Tamp the coffee firm and level
- Lock the portafilter into the machine
- Start your extraction
- Aim for the coffee to extract in 25–30 seconds
- Fill your milk jug just below the spout
- Purge the steam wand briefly
- Lower the tip just below the surface of the milk
- Create a gentle whirlpool with the milk
- Submerge the steam wand to texture the milk
- Heat the milk to 55–60°C
- Swirl the milk briefly to smooth
- Start pouring low and steady — you're aiming for more milk, minimal foam
- Enjoy your café-quality latte!
