Bun Coffee would like to state that the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers are at the forefront of our actions during this time. We are keeping up to date with the fast-moving developments of the situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in Australia and overseas.   We are in constant contact with our suppliers of coffee, tea & ingredients, and at this stage, we do not see any disruption to shipment and supply from any origins due to COVID-19.   Bun Coffee has a strict HACCP Food Safety certification process which requires us to review all internal and external work procedures and control points for the business on an ongoing basis. We are monitoring and updating our systems where appropriate in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.   In our retail outlet, we have decided only to use single-use take away cups and not to accept Keep Cups or any re-usable cup. We have taken this step for the safety of both our customers and our staff. We only use 100% compostable single-use items and provide a secure bin to dispose of these which we ensure goes to an industrial compost facility.     Bun Coffee is monitoring the situation and will respond as necessary should we encounter any issues that could potentially affect any aspect of our business. We will endeavour to minimise any disruptions and will communicate this to you, our valuable partners where appropriate. As everyone is aware, the COVID-19 virus is a dynamic global issue.
