Limited Harvest Haiti Zombie Desert

Since writing my first review we have bought a few packets of this coffee and I hate to say it but it has been very disappointing to say the least. The first order we received was worth every cent of the price and the quality was five star but recent orders have been average. When I received the latest pack I had prepared several cups of this coffee and after the third time my wife asked me if it was the Haiti coffee to which I replied that it was. She made the comment that it wasn't much different to commercial blends from the supermarket, which I had to agree with. I am still using the same grinder settings as always and preparing the coffee in the same manner as always, so the problem isn't with the preparation. After several very disappointing batches I am going to leave this coffee alone and will probably go for the Jamaica Blue Mountain variety.

My wife and I tried this coffee for the first time a few days ago after I ordered it online. I have tried many coffees including the genuine Kopi Luwak and Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee many times over the years and I have to happily admit that this coffee from Haiti ranks highly and in the same league as the more famous coffees. We loved the sweetness and low acidity and the aroma is wonderful. Worth every cent I paid for it and will definitely buy it again. The roast was exactly what I wanted as well.

From the guys that grow it through to the roasting, a truly smooth, mellow delight. If only my bank manager would allow me to take out a bigger loan, I would buy the lot. Thanks again!
