Tasting Notes

This coffee has low acidity and is wonderfully smooth and rich with some floral tones upfront with exotic pepper, clove spice and nutty chocolate.

Origin Story

A super rare offering from Don (Guillermo) Cardona and Hacienda Las Nubes.

This is the first coffee to come out of the plantation since Hurricane Maria all but destroyed it in late 2017.  We have managed to secure a small portion of this crop which is from relatively young trees. Don’t let the appearance of these small beans put you off, this is a very unique coffee.
