Origin Story

The Aguilera Brothers are a total of 12 siblings who have been very well known in the West Valley Region of Costa Rica for their incredible coffee.
After competing in the Cup of Excellence in 2007 and placing in the top four places, the brothers got the idea to start their own micro mill after realising they had finished in the top four places. Because coffee prices
were relatively low at the time, they concluded that it would be beneficial to start their own mill. This decision was motivated by their previous success.
As a corollary of this, the eight of them reached the conclusion that they should collaborate on an endeavour to add more value to coffee.

A really nice coffee, quite sweet and caramel-y. As soon as I tried it, it put me in mind of Peruvian Tres Estrellas and Brazilian Santos. If you like the flavour of those, you'll almost certainly like this one as well. Good all-rounder that goes well with milk or just enjoy it as an espresso.
