With over 25 years in the hospitality industry and 20 years in the coffee industry both as a roaster and as a frontline barista in his own cafes David Kennedy knows what it takes to produce a great cup of coffee. From selecting the right green beans, knowing how far to roast those beans and how to blend the right combinations of beans, right through to the grinding, dosing and extraction process necessary to make that perfect cup.

The decision to harness this knowledge and experience has resulted in the creation of a unique Coffee Brand – Bun Coffee.
